What is the working time of Navimow?

Navimow can work 24/7 according to your customized schedule. You can set different schedules for different zones.

What is the maximum lawn size Navimow can handle?

Different models have different maximum working areas. The H500E can mow up to 500㎡, H800E up to 800㎡, H1500E up to 1500㎡, and H3000E up to 3000㎡.

Can Navimow work in the rain?

Navimow has IPX6 waterproof rating and can work in light rain. However, for better lawn care results, it will automatically return to the charging station when detecting heavy rain.

How to install Navimow?

Installation is simple with our app guidance. Just place the charging station, set up the antenna, and follow the app instructions to complete the setup.

Do I need boundary wires?

No, Navimow uses EFLS (Exact Fusion Locating System) technology instead of boundary wires for precise positioning.

What's the minimum GPS signal requirement?

Navimow works best in open areas. The antenna should have a clear view of the sky with no tall buildings or dense tree coverage blocking the signal.

How often should I replace the blades?

We recommend replacing the blades every 2-3 months depending on usage. You can easily check blade condition in the app.

What's included in the warranty?

Navimow comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Battery and blades have separate warranty terms.
