What is Navimow Flex and how does it work?
The Naviwow Flex is a service that lends you one Navimow Robot Mower, in new or like-new condition, for a low monthly price. There are no commitments and you may cancel anytime by returning the product. If your Navimow breaks or is defective, just let us know and we'll either help you get it working or swap it out for you free of charge.
What’s included with the Navimow Flex program?
Navimow Flex includes a brand new or like-new Navimow Mower, annual blade replacements, 24/7 support, and a warranty for as long as you keep your subscription active.
How is Navimow Flex different from financing or a rent-to-own program?
Navimow Flex is not a financing (i.e. "buy-now-pay-later" by Affirm, Klarna, etc.) nor a rent-to-own program, so you don’t have to commit to a purchase spread out over a period of time until fully paid off.
Will the review process impact my credit?
No. The order review step, a common process for high-value products, does not impact your credit score. Although we may do a soft credit check as part of the verification process, this will not show up on your credit report nor impact your credit score. However, if you later fail to make subscription payments and do not return your device, we will first work with you to resolve the issue. Then, only as a last resort if you refuse to communicate with us, we may refer you to a collections agency which likely will negatively impact your credit.
What if there’s an issue with my device? Is there a warranty?
Yes, your Navimow Robot Mower is covered under warranty for as long as your subscription is active and your payments are current. If your Navimow breaks or is defective, just let us know and we'll either help you get it working or swap it out for you free of charge. In cases of severe damage due to gross negligence or abuse, a damage fee may apply to cover replacement parts, repair labor, or shipping costs.
What geographic regions are eligible for the subscription program?
We currently support the 48 contiguous states of the United States (not including Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories).
